An exciting opportunity has opened with a leading Inbound Tour Operator specialising in Southern and Eastern Africa. They are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Junior MICE & Project Specialist who is passionate about travel, events, and creating unforgettable experiences.
What you’ll be involved in:
• Assisting with MICE quotations and proposals for international agents
• Supporting the planning of incentives, conferences and group travel projects
• Liaising with suppliers, guides and travel partners
• Assisting with tour logistics, bookings and project administration
• Supporting on-the-ground coordination of events when required
Requirements:
✔ Fluent in German, Spanish and Portuguese
✔ Strong organisation and communication skills
✔ High attention to detail and ability to multitask
✔ Passion for travel, tourism and events
✔ Knowledge of Southern Africa geography advantageous
✔ Willingness to travel
