This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who can work independently, manage their own schedule, and provide exceptional service to clients in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As there is no local branch office, this is a home-based role requiring a reliable, trustworthy individual who can operate autonomously while maintaining high service standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd27\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t52\/1\/16\/1f527.png\"> Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Diagnose, repair, service, and install commercial kitchen equipment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Conduct fault-finding using diagnostic and testing equipment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Complete service reports and documentation accurately<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Manage electronic job cards and service requests via mobile devices<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Maintain company stock, tools, and equipment responsibly<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Deliver professional customer service and technical support<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\u2705\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t33\/1\/16\/2705.png\"> Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Grade 12 and NTC 3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Formal Electrical or Refrigeration Trade Qualification<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Minimum 3 years&#8217; experience repairing and servicing commercial catering equipment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Proven ability to work independently and manage field service operations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Experience with installations and parts quotations advantageous<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Excellent English communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Valid driver&#8217;s licence<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\u2b50\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tb4\/1\/16\/2b50.png\"> Essential Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Must be reliable, trustworthy, and highly self-disciplined<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Must have a secure location at home to safely park a company vehicle<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Must have secure storage space for company stock and spare parts<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Must be comfortable receiving and managing job cards electronically via smartphone<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Must be able to hit the ground running with minimal technical supervision<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Successful candidates will attend a two-week training programme to learn company systems and procedures.
