{"id":1095,"date":"2026-07-23T11:42:07","date_gmt":"2026-07-23T11:42:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/m-recruitment.co.za\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=1095"},"modified":"2026-07-23T11:42:07","modified_gmt":"2026-07-23T11:42:07","slug":"junior-stock-adminstrator-plettenberg-bay-r16000-to-r17000","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/m-recruitment.co.za\/?awsm_job_openings=junior-stock-adminstrator-plettenberg-bay-r16000-to-r17000","title":{"rendered":"JUNIOR STOCK ADMINSTRATOR \u2013 PLETTENBERG BAY \u2013 R16000 to R17000"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>JUNIOR STOCK ADMINSTRATOR \u2013 PLETTENBERG BAY \u2013 R16000 to R17000 <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purpose of the position is to maintain controls of stock and assisting management with stock takes and new system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Minimum Experience and Qualification Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Matric<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or similar environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good knowledge of My Inventory<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be hardworking and dedicated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must be motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be a team player, with a positive attitude<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be willing to work shifts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must be able to work under pressure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Own transport preferable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Performance Objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintains a company\u2019s inventory, replenishing items according to business needs and implementing purchases, audits, and transfers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintains purchase and pricing reports, replenishes stock levels, and oversees internal stock transfers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare source documents by compiling and sorting information according to specific instructions provide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify the accuracy of data from designated sources before entering it into the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locate and correct any visible data errors by confirming their integrity with supervisors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Punch information into predesignated databases or systems and double check the information to make sure it has been accurately punched in<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take and service orders for data updating and deletion by carefully and meticulously following orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combine and rearrange data from source documents and transcribe given information into electronic formats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check all completed work for accuracy and change any field that requires editing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delete incorrectly posted or obsolete data and re-enter the correct information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify, label, and organize electronic storage media and ensure that both security and confidentiality are maintained on a constant basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JUNIOR STOCK ADMINSTRATOR \u2013 PLETTENBERG BAY \u2013 R16000 to R17000 The purpose of the position is to maintain controls of stock and assisting management with stock takes and new system.
