{"id":965,"date":"2025-10-06T06:57:26","date_gmt":"2025-10-06T06:57:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/m-recruitment.co.za\/?p=965"},"modified":"2025-10-06T06:57:26","modified_gmt":"2025-10-06T06:57:26","slug":"maintenance-manager-plettenberg-bay-r30000-to-r35000","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/m-recruitment.co.za\/?p=965","title":{"rendered":"MAINTENANCE MANAGER \u2013 PLETTENBERG BAY \u2013 R30000 to R35000"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MAINTENANCE MANAGER \u2013 PLETTENBERG BAY \u2013 R30000 to R35000<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Currently recruiting for a MAINTENANCE MANAGER for a 5* Hotel in Plettenberg Bay to ensure that the property is <a><\/a>maintained and kept in a pristine condition by performing general repairs and maintenance and overseeing maintenance staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minimum Experience and Qualification Required:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 3-5 years\u2019 experience in a 5-star hotel or similar environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Managerial experience in Maintenance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Experience in planning and executing maintenance operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Computer literacy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Solid understanding of technical aspects of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Must be motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Must be a team player with a positive attitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Must be willing to work shifts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Must be able to work under pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Key Performance Objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Ownership of all maintenance challenges pertaining to plumbing, electrical and general maintenance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation thereof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Inspecting facilities and identifying resolutions to challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Regular maintenance of refrigerators and air conditioners<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Responsible for all general equipment, services, and external contractors<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Maintain an effective and efficient relationship with external service providers and contractors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Purchase and maintain stock levels for required daily maintenance, and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Manage maintenance budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please send your updated CV in WORD, together with a recent head and shoulders photo of yourself, your current salary, and notice period.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MAINTENANCE MANAGER \u2013 PLETTENBERG BAY \u2013 R30000 to R35000 Currently recruiting for a MAINTENANCE MANAGER for a 5* Hotel in Plettenberg Bay to ensure that the property is maintained and kept in a pristine condition by performing general repairs and maintenance and overseeing maintenance staff.
